My name is Timko Ilya. I am 40 years old. I am a trainer in Krasnodar and the creator of this website. Training is my calling and profession. Of course, a good athlete does not always mean a good trainer. I do not consider myself an outstanding athlete. There are many guys around me who have achieved much more in sports. But I consider myself a good trainer. And this is more important to me.

I started training in 1999 at a body weight of 47 kg. Now I weigh 100 kg. Sports have significantly changed my life. And I am sure it has been for the better. 19 years ago, stepping into the gym with the goal of "pumping my biceps," I certainly did not suspect that I would become a trainer and a champion of Russia. Both of these titles seemed unattainable to me at that time. The guys lifting 200 kg were like aliens to me. And the volume of knowledge needed to coach seemed immense. Even now, the more I learn, the clearer I understand how much more I still have to learn. And when I realized that I could be a trainer, I really liked this idea. That's how I became one.

Earlier, I thought that a trainer is always a professional in their field, someone who takes their work very seriously. But then I realized that this is often not the case. Many people would like to start training but, lacking basic knowledge in this area, either train themselves or end up with a poor trainer. The result, as you understand, can be disappointing. At best, there will be no results; at worst, injuries. This gave rise to the idea of creating this website.

I hope that my efforts and those of many gym trainers who help me in this challenging endeavor will not go in vain. Here you will find answers to many of your questions. I wish good luck to everyone who engages in strength training: men and women, athletes and simply those who enjoy lifting weights. Set goals and achieve them!
