Important! We do not advocate for the use of steroids and other potent substances. All information is provided so that those who still decide to take them can do so with minimal health risks.

I want to share with you a specific example of using Mechanical Growth Factor (MGF) for local muscle hypertrophy. What growth factor is and the types it comes in can be easily learned from the article dedicated to this substance. I can say that MGF is a variant of IGF-1. However, it is produced not in the liver, but directly where it will exert its action. In this case, we are interested in muscle cells.

So, the "test subject" is a young man (32 years old) with an excellent athletic build. He has been training systematically for six years, four of which he has used AAS. He is 179-180 cm tall, has a faster metabolism, and weighs between 95-100 kg, depending on the season. He is currently on a continuous cycle. Unfortunately, his weak point has always been his arms. They are not utterly lacking, but they clearly fall short compared to the overall physique. This is to say that before taking any drastic measures, it would be wise to maximize what one can achieve naturally.

After some contemplation, we concluded that our unexplored weapon would be MGF and PEG MGF (pegylated). This means using both regular MGF and its longer-acting analog. Nowadays, it is often said that regular (short) MGF is senseless to take. This is not the case. Each form has its own characteristics. The only issue is that acquiring short MGF in Ukraine and Russia is EXTREMELY difficult (my client had both variants sent from abroad).

I won't mention the brand due to the HUGE number of counterfeits. I will say this: a genuine product costs significantly more than what is widely offered online. Naturally, all this was done alongside an AAS cycle.

Given that we were solely interested in gaining the maximum amount of dry (quality) muscle tissue, the following substances were selected:

The entire process took 12 weeks.

1. The first four weeks (preparatory) had no direct load on the arms at all.

2. The next four weeks focused on biceps and triceps specialization (VERY intensive), with a significant reduction of load on other body parts (as before, only the calves were trained).

3. The last four weeks, the arms were trained strictly once a week and at a very light (supportive) mode. The rest of the body was trained more intensively but lighter than usual.

The diet did not significantly differ from the usual one during the muscle gain period. During the specialization phase, simple carbohydrates were added for breakfast and immediately after workouts. In the last four weeks, more complex carbohydrates were consumed.

MGF Dosage Schedule

1. During the specialization phase, the arms were trained three times a week (Mon/Wed/Fri). The short MGF was administered as follows:

  • 100 mcg in the biceps 10-15 minutes before starting the arm workout (paired)
  • 100 mcg in the triceps 10-15 minutes before starting the arm workout (paired)
  • 100 mcg in the biceps immediately after the arm workout (paired)
  • 100 mcg in the triceps immediately after the arm workout (paired)

The injections were made intramuscularly (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!) using a 2ml syringe with a full needle length. Naturally, a shower was taken before the injection (many underestimate the danger of sweaty skin). It must be admitted that the process is labor-intensive and troublesome. Not every gym allows sticking needles into oneself.

2. Pegylated MGF was used on rest days. 100 mcg was injected into each shoulder. In the first half of the day (closer to the morning) into the middle deltoid area, closer to the arm. But already subcutaneously. This is sufficient. The long-acting factor works better when injected subcutaneously (to be honest, I don't even know if the long factor is injected locally).

3. In the last four weeks (after specialization), only PEG MGF was retained. Arm workouts occurred on Wednesdays. Injections were done the day before the workout and the next day (Tues and Thurs). The procedure remained the same, but the dose was increased to 200 mcg at a time.

During the process, the arms were not measured. As a friend said, to avoid disappointment. But it was definitely noticed that the arms became significantly denser and firmer. Vascularity increased. The biceps and triceps began to clearly differentiate from each other. In addition, overall stamina and pump increased (especially in the arms).

Side Effects

1. Honestly, not everyone can withstand such torture on their upper limbs. It is a child’s play compared to what professionals in bodybuilding do daily. But there are competitive ambitions. Frankly, I wouldn't want to put myself through such torture.

2. It's worth noting the drowsiness and depressed mood immediately after the MGF PEG injection. No such phenomena were observed after the short factor.

3. A burning sensation was experienced immediately after injection in both cases.

4. After another subcutaneous injection, a painful lump formed. I don’t know what caused it (we were much more concerned about the intramuscular injections), but I wanted to mention it.

Results and Conclusions

The outcome of this experiment: an increase of 3 cm on the right arm and 2.5 cm on the left arm in just 8 weeks of using MGF!

It’s obvious that such a scheme would work for other body parts as well. The only small difference is that the amount of MGF injected at a time should be decreased or increased depending on the size of the body part. For example, for the thighs, you can use a bit more, while for the calves – less.

At the moment, my friend is on a bridge and is taking only testosterone at the minimal dose for him. A month and a half has passed and the gained centimeters are still there. This is despite the fact that his overall weight has dropped somewhat (water has been shed after the main cycle).

It can be concluded that real MGF indeed provides a quality gain. Interestingly, the forearms and delts have also grown. Not significantly, but visually noticeable even to the naked eye. What did not happen was fat loss. However, the cause may be an inadequate diet and an initially low body fat percentage. Overall, my friend is very pleased with the results. The new centimeters, combined with improved quality and definition, have made a SIGNIFICANT improvement to the appearance of his arms.

That’s all. If you're interested, you can give it a try. Just make sure to purchase the substance from reliable dealers. Oh, and the protocol isn't mine. I saw it from an older specialist. It's not right to claim someone else's accomplishments. Wishing everyone good health.
