Consultations on sports pharmacology from the champion of Ukrainein bodybuilding

Hello everyone, my name is Sergey Tkachenko. I am a Master of Sports in Ukraine in bodybuilding and a member of the Your Coach project team. My professional goal is to assist and work with clients in the field of pharmacology, where I apply my extensive experience in bodybuilding to support others in achieving their goals. I have been training in bodybuilding and fitness since 2013. 
Key Achievements: Champion of Ukraine in the category up to 70 kg in 2011. 6th place at the European Championship IFBB in classic bodybuilding in 2013. 2nd place at the Ukrainian Championship in the category up to 70 kg in 2014. 2nd place in the absolute category at the all-Ukrainian tournament for the Cup of PAO "UkrTatNafta" in classic bodybuilding in 2015. Bronze medalist in the absolute category of bodybuilding at a tournament in the Donetsk region in 2016. Champion of Dnipropetrovsk city in the category up to 80 kg in 2016. 4th place in the absolute category at the "UkrTatNafta" Cup in Kremenchug in 2016. 4th place at the Ukrainian Championship in Odessa in the category up to 75 kg in 2016. 
Skills: Knowledge and experience in developing individual training programs and nutrition plans. Ability to work with various types of clients and understand their needs. High level of motivation and commitment to achieving physical goals. Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others to succeed. My main goal is to provide adequate support to clients in achieving their physical objectives while developing and refining my skills as a trainer. I am open to learning and always ready to help others become the best versions of themselves through fitness and bodybuilding.
