If you are the fairer sex, then you surely care about how you look and feel, and how others perceive you. Self-confidence and femininity are very important psychological qualities for a fulfilling life. Much depends on confidence and femininity, from work to personal life. Training and fitness, in general, are tools through which you can influence your femininity, attractiveness, and confidence. Today we will talk about how to use these tools correctly and what you should not do. Our posture is a reflection of our inner world, which affects how we are perceived by others. Our muscles also reflect our health and the interest of the opposite sex. For example, increased tension in the trapezius muscles indicates inner stress due to fear, while weakness in the rhomboid muscles reflects a closed-off nature and constant self-protection. Well-developed gluteal muscles indicate good health of the pelvic organs (reproductive functions) and attract the attention of those around you. The state of your muscles and posture can be changed or corrected through exercises, and this partially influences your confidence and femininity! I want to share information with you that will help avoid various mistakes in the training process so that you maintain or develop your femininity, attractiveness, and confidence. The fact is that exercises need to be selected according to your specific posture and joint mobility, understanding which muscles are working and whether they need to be targeted at all. Why are women's exercises considered "parasites"? I present this as particularly popular exercises among women that can harm the figure, posture, and consequently, confidence and femininity. In fact, there are many such exercises, but within this topic, we will look at only a few of them.
