Do you want to develop strength, health, and self-confidence through training? Then you need to understand how exercises impact all of these qualities. I want to clarify what we do in the gym. Our posture, muscle elasticity, and joint mobility influence our behavior, emotions, and perceptions of our surroundings. Exercises affect our musculoskeletal system, thereby indirectly influencing the qualities we've discussed.

If you are serious about achieving results from your workouts, you must understand the relationship between posture, health, exercise technique, and the ultimate goal of your training. I suggest looking soberly at some popular exercises and correlating them with your specific posture characteristics.

In this topic, we will examine the following parasitic exercises:

The humerus is predisposed to shift forward and entrench such a movement pattern.

With poor mobility in the scapulae, shoulder joints, and spine, the elbows move back past the line of the cable, which predisposes to injuries and worsens posture.

This exercise often leads to injuries due to poor mobility in the shoulder girdle.

With a hunched posture and poor mobility in the shoulder girdle, it leads to overstrain of the upper portion of the trapezius, while the target muscle groups receive insufficient load.

These exercises require good coordination and joint mobility, and in cases of certain regional disorders, they can lead to a progression of all existing issues.

The analogs of these exercises are the following:

These exercises will be more effective; the main thing is to monitor the technique and know the specific issues in the musculoskeletal system.

            Train wisely!
