Unique Advantages:

  • High amount of BCAAs per capsule (1400 mg).
  • Calcium added.

Effectiveness

These BCAAs belong to the 2:1:1 ratio category (in terms of leucine / isoleucine / valine). They are used for the following purposes:

  1. Muscle recovery after workouts. Leucine, isoleucine, and valine are the three essential amino acids that make up the bulk of muscle tissue. Therefore, the consumption of BCAAs helps accelerate recovery.
  2. Preserving muscle during cutting or weight loss. This is possible due to the same nuance mentioned above.
  3. Muscle growth. However, BCAAs are only three amino acids. Therefore, if you only consume them, it might not be effective. BCAAs work well for muscle growth when combined with a gainer.

How to Take

Here are the main rules for taking BCAAs:

  • Regardless of the number of workouts, it's better to take them every day.
  • Take 1-2 times a day (depending on your financial situation). Since BCAAs are quite an expensive supplement, one dose can be in the first half of the day and the other in the second half.
  • It does not matter whether to take them before, after, or during the workout. Personally, I take them in the morning and after the workout (or in the evening).
  • If you are consuming protein every day twice, there is no need to buy BCAAs separately. On average, whey protein contains 15 - 17% BCAAs.
  • For effectiveness, the duration of intake should be at least a month.
  • Maximum duration of intake is unlimited. This means you can use them for your entire life without breaks.

Daily Dosage:

  • If under 60 kg, take 8 - 10 capsules (if twice a day, then 4 - 5 capsules at a time).
  • If under 80 kg, take 10 - 12 capsules (if twice a day, then 5 - 6 capsules at a time).
  • If under 100 kg, take 12 - 14 capsules (if twice a day, then 6 - 7 capsules at a time).
  • If over 100 kg, take 14 - 18 capsules (if twice a day, then 7 - 9 capsules at a time).

Of course, all dosages are approximate. They largely depend on your overall activity level, the number of workouts, how much protein you consume from regular food, etc.

I recommend not paying attention to the dosage indicated by the manufacturer. Manufacturers often underestimate dosages (sometimes by several times). This is done so that you think you are buying a large package that will last you a long time. In this case, you would be much more likely to make a purchase.
