Important! We do not advocate for the use of steroids and other potent substances. All information is provided so that those who still decide to take them can do so with minimal health risks.

Not so long ago, there were times when you could go to a pharmacy and calmly purchase three legendary components for a complete amateur-level drying process. The combination of ECA (Ephedrine - Caffeine - Aspirin) allowed for boosting metabolism while simultaneously protecting gained muscle from cortisol.

Alas. Today, this is nearly impossible. Despicable drug addicts have done everything to enforce this ban. Manufacturers of sports nutrition immediately flooded the market with alternative products that were supposed to deliver excellent results while freeing the bloated bodybuilder from potential legal troubles.

Some of these items indeed provide satisfactory results. However, they do not always work, and most users' bodies adapt to them very quickly. This means that after two to three uses, the final result becomes less pronounced than at the beginning. The specificity of every true bodybuilding enthusiast is the desire to constantly improve their results. Naturally, the bodybuilder begins to search for more effective means. And they do exist.

Each chemical substance discussed in this article works without a doubt. It works better than any sports nutrition product. However, the use of these aids is fraught with undesirable side effects. A drug that produces positive results will inevitably cause accompanying troubles in the body.

Lastly, these substances should only be tried by athletes who are far beyond their genetic potential. Any novice would make a huge mistake if they attempted to use these recommendations.

CLENBUTEROL

A very popular drug. Its action in the body is very similar to that of adrenaline and noradrenaline. This is associated with both the positive and negative traits of clenbuterol.

1. It possesses pronounced anti-catabolic abilities. The fat-burning effect is due to the mechanism of thermogenesis (increase in body temperature) and the ability to switch the body to fat fuel in conditions of low-carbohydrate diet.

2. It increases the contractility of skeletal muscles and enhances the body's ability to utilize oxygen.

3. It directly stimulates beta receptors.

Unfortunately, there are many of these receptors in the heart muscle. Hence, tachycardia and hypertension. Stimulation of the nervous system is a double-edged sword. On one hand, we get a boost for weight training and aerobic exercises. That's a plus. The minus includes:

  • Insomnia,
  • Nervousness,
  • Headaches,
  • Feelings of anxiety,
  • Hyperactivity,
  • Anorexia,
  • Increased body temperature and sweating,
  • Tremors of the upper limbs and cramps.

Recently, scientists discovered clenbuterol's ability to provoke irreversible changes in the kidneys. Its fat-burning properties are greatly exaggerated. By this measure, it significantly lags behind all other drugs on our list. It substantially enhances the action of triiodothyronine and metformin when combined with them.

TRIIODOTHYRONINE

A synthetic thyroid hormone. One of the oldest means for drying out. One problem. If you slightly exceed the dosage, a large part of the muscle will burn away like in an oven. The fat-burning effect is observed due to the drug's ability to significantly accelerate overall metabolism. Plus, there is a pronounced thermogenesis.

Mandatory conditions include taking thyroid hormones together with testosterone and at least 3 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. Loading with complex carbohydrates once or twice a week is advisable. This significantly protects your own thyroid gland. It is particularly effective against belly fat. When combined with clenbuterol, the effectiveness increases. The anti-catabolic properties of clen will also come in handy.

Negative qualities are noticeable. There is a risk of hypofunction of your thyroid. The catabolic effects extend to bone tissue (as mentioned before about muscles). Possible side effects of this medication may include:

  • Insomnia at night and daytime sleepiness,
  • Nervousness,
  • Nausea,
  • Increased appetite,
  • Hyperactivity and feelings of anxiety,
  • Rapid fatigue,
  • Increased temperature and sweating.
  • Of course, there is also an extreme load on the heart and blood vessels.

METFORMIN

It has a corrective effect on carbohydrate metabolism in general and the pancreas in particular. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes. What can it do?

  • Suppress insulin secretion,
  • Slow down the absorption of carbohydrates,
  • Increase muscle cell sensitivity to glucose,
  • Stimulate fat breakdown at the cellular level and protect muscle during a cutting phase.
  • Additionally, it causes the body to switch to fat fuel during a low-carb diet.

All of this combined leads to pronounced fat burning. It is essential to use anabolic steroids (the drug may lower testosterone levels) and have a high protein intake. Clenbuterol will enhance the fat-burning effect and help partially combat feelings of fatigue. The side effects are as follows:

  • Nausea,
  • Diarrhea,
  • Light hypoglycemia,
  • General weakness,
  • Sleepiness,
  • Constant feelings of fatigue,
  • Suppression of the pancreas and lactic acidosis.

The last two are VERY dangerous.

DNP (2,4-DINITROPHENOL)

This is an insecticide. In other words - a POISON. To put it simply, its presence in the body makes ATP synthesis impossible. Oxidative reactions in cells are amplified, while energy becomes apparently unnecessary. This energy is dissipated as heat. This explains the pyrogenic effect of the substance. A fire starts in the body. Glycogen burns before it can reach the muscles. The state of the body and mind is hell! Neither the head nor the body functions properly.

  • Monstrous sweating,
  • Anorexia,
  • Fluid retention,
  • Nausea,
  • Insomnia,
  • Myalgia and muscle cramps.

This is the norm for DNP. It has a toxic effect on the blood and ALL internal organs. Suppression of the thyroid gland occurs. Just slightly exceeding the daily dose can literally cause your body to boil and die. Despite all this, DNP is the MOST EFFECTIVE FAT BURNER OF EVERYTHING THAT HAS EVER BEEN USED BY HUMANKIND.

Fat disappears right before your eyes. It is noticeable even under a layer of water. During this time, you can eat anything (appetite is still absent), and workouts resemble physical education in first grade. Most importantly, there is no need for aerobic exercises. And do not forget about the mandatory presence of AAS (androgenic-anabolic steroids). Naturally, ANY pills are excluded.

So, these are all the conservative means for weight loss and definition. Whether to try them or not is up to you. They yield excellent results, of course, with proper use of them and accompanying factors. My personal opinion is that the danger of all the above definitely outweighs the benefits. But that's for enthusiasts. Professionals tend not to pay attention to the risks.

In this article, precise schemes and dosages are deliberately not provided. In this case, everything is very individual, and giving recommendations (even general ones) is not feasible.
