Why beginners and teenagers should not take anabolic steroids?

Important! We do not advocate for the use of steroids and other potent substances. All information is provided so that those who still decide to take them can do so with minimal health risks. Nowadays, it’s quite easy to get anabolic steroids. There are plenty of online stores where you can choose the product you want, pay for it, and pick up the package from the post office in 1-2 weeks. And it usually costs less than sports nutrition. For instance, 100 tablets of methandienone will cost only 600-700 rubles. How much protein can you buy for that money? At most 1 kg, which you'll consume in 10 days. Additionally, the ban on the storage and distribution of anabolic steroids (in Russia) leads to general ignorance on this issue. This also piques an unhealthy interest among the impressionable minds of teenagers. Thus, steroids become a mystery shrouded in darkness, but they are cheap and easy to obtain. Personally, I have a fairly lenient attitude toward steroid use. I believe that in some cases, taking anabolic steroids is not just acceptable but necessary. However, these cases do not at all apply to beginners and teenagers. For TeenagersFrom ages 14 to 18, individuals go through puberty. This means the body begins to transition to "adult" functions, and the hormonal system is formed. If a teenager starts taking steroids during this period, hormones will be introduced from outside, disrupting the functioning of their own hormonal system, both in adults and teenagers. However, there is a significant difference: in adults, the hormonal system has already been fully established. There is a so-called "baseline" to which the body can return over time after finishing a "cycle." Importantly, this "baseline" represents a fully developed hormonal system (in adults). In teenagers, after completing a "cycle," the body also returns to an initial "baseline." But this is not a fully formed hormonal system since the individual has interfered with this system during its development. Thus, such interference during adolescence can cause an imbalance in your hormonal system for a lifetime. This may result in chronic problems with potency, libido, and everything that testosterone governs in our body. For BeginnersLet's say you are already 22 years old and have decided to start working out for the first time. It seems that your hormonal system is already formed. In this regard, there is nothing criminal about it. Feel free to use steroids. But it's not that simple. Remember a simple truth: The earlier you start using anabolic steroids, the fewer results you will ultimately achieve. Let me give you an example. Suppose you have a racing car that is equipped with nitrous oxide (that's what it's called, right?) for 20 seconds of operation. The maximum speed of the car is 200 km/h. If you activate that nitrous oxide at a speed of 200 km/h, you can accelerate to 240 km/h. But what will happen if you kick in this doping right from the start? By the time you reach a speed of 200 km/h, the nitrous will have run out. You'll be stuck at 200 km/h when you could have been traveling at 240 km/h. But that didn’t happen simply because you used the "doping" too early. I think everything is clear to you now. Before you start using steroids, you should reach your maximum results without them. And this typically takes at least 3-4 years of consistent training. By the way, several experiments have been conducted in the United States. In these experiments, anabolic steroids were given to two groups of people. One group consisted of professional athletes, while the other group consisted of beginners. The increase in strength and mass among the professionals was very good. In contrast, the results for the novices were several times worse. This indicates that anabolic steroids are much less effective on an untrained body. ConclusionsPersonally, I have people in my gym who use anabolic steroids, and I am okay with it. But these individuals are either professional athletes who aim to achieve master's standards or people over 20 years old who have trained naturally for 6-10 years and hit their "ceiling." For example, I trained without steroids for 14 years! And if a teenager approaches me and asks, "Where can I get anabolic steroids?" I reply, "You need to get your head straight, not steroids."
