Optimal steroid cycles for different body types

Important! We do not advocate for the use of steroids and other potent substances. All information is provided so that those who still decide to take them can do so with minimal health risks. Very often, I receive inquiries from people who have trained in the gym for the required duration on their hormonal background and pose a clear question: I (for example) ectoform, to the roots of my hair, need a complete cycle for volume and muscle gain, but specifically one that will yield maximum results and not be a waste of time and money. Typically, these are completely novice individuals in terms of chemical enhancements, who, having gathered available information online, understand that there is no point in blindly experimenting and guessing. Or they are individuals who have listened to advice from various forums and have dabbled in a cycle or two for 4 - 6 weeks. They have not achieved any progress at best, and may have even developed acne and gynecomastia, but still lack muscle mass. In general, there are three general types of metabolism for people in theoretical (therapeutic) medical terminology. These are:
Naturally, finding a pure endomorph or athlete in real life is quite difficult. 90% of people on the planet are mixed metabolic types, with a predominance of one of the three overall types. Diet, training, daily routine—all these should be considered primarily for progress. Blood tests are also necessary, as overweight individuals often have high estrogen levels, along with low or very modest testosterone levels. Sometimes, prolactin may be elevated too. Or they may have insulin resistance due to improper nutrition before joining the gym. In thin and lean individuals, testosterone levels are not always adequate; sometimes they may be suitably high, but are actively bound by globulin. The same is true for estradiol, which is necessary for muscle growth in the right amount. For athletes (mesomorphs), it is simpler, but they sometimes face hormonal issues as well. In short, getting basic tests done, learning to work hard in the gym, eating the right food, and maintaining an optimal lifestyle rhythm is the first step, as I mentioned. As for pharmacology, orient yourself towards the type of metabolism that predominates in you, without forgetting about the one that is subordinate. It's not an easy task, that's for sure. But it's possible. Here, I will present three options for mass-building cycles that, through trial and error, are truly the most preferable for the three types of metabolism. I will also share some insights on sports nutrition, which can be helpful if you engage your brain. Do not blindly rely on this article; it is meant to assist at the initial stage. And before starting a mass-gaining cycle, you must have visible abs. Otherwise, hormonal manipulation turns into self-indulgence. Additionally, the optimal duration for a mass-gaining cycle is 12 weeks. Short cycles usually do not work effectively. Everyone understands that you can't develop a powerful uppercut, master a basketball jump, or bench press 150 kilograms in a month. The same applies to muscles for serious growth; they need time. Twelve weeks is a suitable starting point. No short courses of 4-5 weeks if you are serious about achieving dry mass. Now let's move on to the promised three options for the three types of the stronger half of humanity. I. Endomorph
1. First and foremost, we need a suitable ester of Testosterone. No matter how you spin it, the most appropriate testosterone for those prone to gaining fat and water is testosterone propionate. At 50 - 100 mg EVERY other day. 2. If there are issues with injection tolerance, then testosterone enanthate can be used at 250 mg per week. These are mono-esters that are the easiest to control and usually come with minimal surprises. 3. No Sustanons, Omnadren, or Cypionates. The first experience is the most important. And do not exceed the recommended dosages. They are more than enough for an amateur at that specific stage. 4. In addition to testosterone, there is strictly anabolic supplementation. There are only two options: Boldenone undecylenate/undecanoate (600 mg per week) or Methenolone enanthate, better known as Primobolan (400 - 600 mg per week). Both provide gains in dry muscle, both are safe in terms of excessive water retention under the skin, and both perform excellently alongside minimal doses of Testosterone. 5. Both testosterone and injectable AAS should be used for all 12 weeks. For the first 5 - 6 weeks, it makes sense to add Turinabol. It also does not aromatize by nature and does not cause water retention. In short, with such a cycle, you definitely won't resemble a mutant "Kapitoshka" with swollen cheeks and a constantly sweaty backside and back. 6. The main thing is that in the initial phase, no progestins like Trenbolone and especially Nandrolone. Methandrostenolone will likely not suit you either. 7. Keep a MINIMUM of one pack of Anastrozole on hand, and only use it to suppress the excessively proliferating Estradiol if necessary. 8. From sports nutrition, I recommend BCAAs (up to 80 grams per day at most). Products containing slow carbohydrates with minimal quick ones (like Vitargo – advanced gainers). And high-quality whey protein in the morning and immediately after training. II. Ectomorph
1. In this case, testosterone enanthate is the perfect fit. 500 mg per week will be just right. 2. Naturally, Anastrozole should also be on hand. 3. As for anabolic agents, in my opinion, ectomorphs respond best to Nandrolone. Just don't take the long decanoate. The phenylpropionate is the ideal solution. At 100 mg every third day. 4. Both the androgen and AAS should be taken for the entire 12 weeks of the cycle. 5. However, Nandrolone is a pure progestin, so you will have to monitor prolactin and progesterone levels in your body. Additionally, it’s wise to keep some form of a prolactin inhibitor on hand, like Bromocriptine or Cabergoline. 6. Unfortunately, people with accelerated metabolic processes find that Boldenone or Primobolan offer little help. I'm not saying this lightly; I've observed it in practice. However, you can consider replacing Nandrolone with Boldenone undecylenate. Use no less than 600 mg and no more than 800 mg per week. Primobolan is definitely not your drug. 7. A dose of 30 - 40 mg of Methandrostenolone for the first 4 - 5 weeks of the cycle will also be ideal. 8. In terms of sports supplements, classic gainers with a high carbohydrate content (fast-acting) and possibly some fats are essential. Immediately after training is a must, and once more during the day. Choose the timing that works best for you, but not before bed—that would be unwise. And protein is crucial. Either whey protein several times a day (20 - 30 grams per serving) or at least casein before bed. A significant amount: 50 - 60 grams after your last meal before sleeping. III. Mesomorph
Undoubtedly, this is the most definitive type of metabolism for bodybuilding. These guys usually experience maximum muscle growth with minimal AAS dosages, especially in the early stages of chemical enhancement. Therefore, I will outline a cycle that provides the most pronounced anabolic effects specifically on muscle tissue. 1. Testosterone enanthate at 500 mg per week for 12 weeks. It is the go-to, no one else will do. 2. Having Anastrozole is understood as a must. 3. In this specific case, AAS must include Trenbolone. You’ll have to endure the injections if you want maximum results. In its pure form, the only effective ester is the QUALITY acetate. At 100 mg every other day. If you’re particularly sensitive, try the Hexahydrobenzylcarbonate from Balkan once every three days, also for 12 weeks. 4. Previously, I would have recommended Methandienone or Oxymetholone. But now I see that athletes blessed with good genetics should generally avoid oral steroids throughout their lives. Genetics allows it, and the liver will thank you after 35 - 40 years. 5. Mesomorphs usually don’t have issues with prolactin or progesterone with such a cycle, but if needed, take Cabergoline at half a tablet twice a week. 6. Sports nutrition should include only BCAAs. The more, the better. General recommendations for sports nutrition. When mentioning various options, products such as vitamins, Omega-3, and glutamine should be accessible to everyone based on financial capacity. Glutamine is for those who truly have the funds. However, the first two are essential for a healthy heart and immune system. Grow wide and without folds. Wishing everyone good health. SIMILAR ARTICLES
