For those who are not ready to waste precious time, I have compiled a set of exercises that require no mirror or hands. You can practice anywhere, even while driving. These exercises will help work on the lower third of the face: the neck, the area of the "double" chin, the contour, and the central part of the face. You can perform the exercises in 4-6 sets of 5 repetitions each, or do each exercise 20-30 times. Below is a video demonstrating all the exercises. The article below is just a transcription of the video. For the NeckExercise No. 1 "Face Forward" Effectiveness: This exercise helps work the front surface of the neck. It is used to correct "Venus rings"—the wrinkles that circle the neck. Exercise Description: Stretch your face forward with the entire surface, then return to the starting position. You should stretch in such a way that the front surface of the neck tenses. From the "Double Chin"Exercise No. 2 "Up-Down" Effectiveness: This exercise helps eliminate the "double chin" and strengthens the submental muscle group. Exercise Description: Press the tip of your tongue alternately against the roof of your mouth and down behind your lower teeth (but not on the teeth). The area of the "double" chin should tense. Moving your tongue up and down counts as one repetition. Initially, your tongue may tire from this exercise, so don't try to do 30 repetitions right away. Also, this will create a lot of saliva, but this effect will fade over time. By the way, you can do this exercise all day long, and it goes unnoticed by those around you. Exercise No. 3 "Tongue Up" Effectiveness: This exercise helps eliminate the "double chin," strengthen the submental muscle group, and engage the front surface of the neck. Exercise Description: Firmly press your tongue against the roof of your mouth. The double chin should pull in behind the tongue, and the neck should tense. Do the exercise slowly a few times to feel the rising tension in your neck and the "double chin" area, then increase the tempo. To understand how to perform the exercise correctly, take a sip of water or swallow saliva, pressing your tongue against the roof of your mouth. This is how you should press it. Facial ContourExercise No. 4 "Jaw Forward" Effectiveness: This exercise helps correct the oval of the face. Exercise Description: Slightly lift your chin upwards, push your jaw forward, then return to the starting position, counting to 1,2,3,4,5. On the fifth count, leave the jaw pushed forward and hold in static for 5 seconds, then relax. Center of the FaceExercise No. 5 "Puffing" Effectiveness: This exercise helps relieve tension in the orbicularis oris muscle and trains the muscles of the central part of the face. It is effective in conjunction with corrections for the nasolabial folds. Exercise Description: Alternately puff out your upper and lower lips, rolling the air. (4-6 sets of 5 repetitions, or 20-30 times.) Then do the same with your left and right cheeks, making sure to keep your lips straight and directing the air under your nose. (4-6 sets of 5 repetitions, or 20-30 times.) Then, take a deep breath and roll the air clockwise and then counterclockwise. (4-6 sets of 5 repetitions, or 20-30 times.) Attention! If you have rosacea on your face, all "puffing" exercises are excluded. If you have high blood pressure, do not perform "puffing" exercises! Exercise No. 6 "Mouth in Oval" Effectiveness: This static exercise helps work and strengthen the muscles of the central part of the face. Exercise Description: Stretch your mouth into a clear oval, as if saying a long "O," and hold this position for 5 seconds, then relax. Exercise No. 7 "Wiggling Ears" Effectiveness: This exercise helps work and strengthen the muscles of the central part of the face and "tighten" the facial contour. Exercise Description: Try to tense your ear muscles enough to make your ears wiggle. This is an incredibly beneficial exercise, and I recommend doing it constantly throughout the day. How to make your ears wiggle - discussed here. P.S. I develop individual programs for face-building training and conduct classes via Skype. If you are interested – click here. SIMILAR ARTICLES
