How to get rid of cellulite in the gym

I’ll reassure you right away that this article will not be filled with medical terminology. I will try to briefly and clearly answer the following question: how and to what extent can workouts in the gym help eliminate cellulite. Cellulite is (conditionally) fatty tissue with disrupted trophism (nutrition). It’s obvious that fighting the complete eradication of fatty tissue is pointless. Women normally should have about 20% body fat. We need to combat the causes that lead to metabolic disruptions in adipose tissue. There are more than a dozen causes, but the three main and decisive ones are: 1. Hypodynamia (sedentary lifestyle). 2. Hormonal imbalance. Here, we refer to elevated levels of estrogens (female sex hormones). 3. Improper nutrition, which contributes to obesity. Of course, cellulite can also occur in girls with a perfectly normal body composition. However, it is usually not as pronounced as in those who are fuller. Typically, all three causes occur together. A sedentary job and the absence of regular physical activity lead to a general decrease in the metabolic rate, which naturally affects adipose tissue. An increase in estrogen levels leads to an increase in subcutaneous fat and further complicates its metabolism. And on top of that, add improper nutrition, which only "adds fuel to the fire." Now, to the point. Although I am a gym trainer, I must agree that methods for combating cellulite should not be limited to just workouts. In my opinion, three main methods can be highlighted: 1. Workouts. 2. Diet. 3. Massage. While workouts alone can provide a significant and lasting effect in the fight against cellulite, a separate diet or massage will not. If you only do anti-cellulite massage, the effect will be there, but it will be temporary. The source of the problem has not been eliminated. Massage cannot replace physical activity and proper nutrition. A diet, on the other hand, only addresses one source of the problem—improper nutrition. This is, of course, important, but it will not give you the desired results. Workouts in the gym eliminate at least one source of the problem—hypodynamia. In addition, training in the gym stimulates the production of testosterone, which can lead to a reduction in estrogen levels. Furthermore, testosterone aids in fat burning. Naturally, the question arises: is there a special complex of exercises aimed at combating cellulite? I’ll answer simply: no)). There are no exercises specifically targeted at eliminating cellulite. For this purpose, any high-intensity workout focused on overall weight loss will do. Here are a few options:
The fact is that these workouts accelerate your metabolism and contribute to a reduction in subcutaneous fat, which is precisely what we need. ConclusionI believe that workouts are the most effective method in the fight against cellulite. However, even they alone cannot ensure 100% effectiveness since they do not eliminate all the causes of its occurrence. Therefore, it is necessary to use anti-cellulite massage and a diet. A training plan aimed at weight loss that engages all muscle groups of the body will suit as a workout complex. By the way, anti-cellulite massage is similar to “anti-cellulite” workouts. There is no pure anti-cellulite massage. There is simply a type of massage that is more or less suitable for these purposes (I also happen to be a massage therapist). Good luck! SIMILAR ARTICLES
