Why should a girl go to the gym?

More and more girls are starting to visit gyms these days. According to my observations, the ratio of men to women in fitness clubs is almost equal now. I mean fitness clubs. In basement gyms, men still prevail. )) So, the main fear of most women who do not go to the gym is the fear of getting too muscular and becoming “like a man.” They firmly believe that if they do a few sets for their biceps or another body part, their muscles will balloon to incredible sizes. They don't even realize that machines, just like barbells and dumbbells, can be used not only for bulking but also for losing weight and toning the body. A striking example of this is circuit training. Moreover, women have a much lower level of testosterone (the main male sex hormone). Therefore, no matter how hard they train, their muscles will always be smaller than those of men. In other words, nature won’t let them turn into "men." In general, all women dream of getting rid of fat and absolutely do not want to build muscle. However, a beautiful female body is built not only on the absence of fat but also on the presence of muscle. What else can make your butt and legs attractive if not muscles? What can accentuate your waist if not your back and shoulders? What, after all, prevents your breasts from sagging if not the pectoral muscles (though it’s not just about that)? So, what can a visit to the gym offer a girl:1. Strength training, more than anything else, can shape your body. It’s the shape of the muscles that makes any body attractive. So train them! 2. Workouts in the gym and exercises targeting the pelvic muscles can enrich your sex life. Many girls have confessed to me that after they started training in the gym, their orgasms became more frequent and intense. I think this is related to improved blood flow and toning of the muscles surrounding the pelvic organs. In my experience, exercises like these facilitated that: In general, any exercises for the abs, glutes, and legs can work. 3. Additionally, training can help normalize the menstrual cycle. This is again related to improved blood supply to the pelvic area. However, in rare cases, women may experience cycle irregularities when they start training. More on this in the article: Can strength training disrupt the menstrual cycle? 4. Strength training increases the production of testosterone. And there’s no need to say that women don’t need it. They do! Testosterone is the hormone of vitality and good mood. The more you have, the more energetic and lively you feel. 5. You will become stronger and more resilient. Of course, a woman should be delicate, not a workhorse. But strength and delicacy do not interfere; they complement each other. Even for a woman. Believe me, many men appreciate moderately muscular female bodies. Nobody wants to feel like they’re touching jelly. By the way, I'm not diminishing the importance of aerobics at all. In some cases, it can even be more beneficial than strength training. I usually advise my trainees to combine aerobic and strength training. This combination is very labor-intensive but yields maximum results. Good luck!SIMILAR ARTICLES
