TOP 10 protein bars
Author: Timko Ilya - master of the whole project and fitness trainer. All articles by the author ➤
Hello. In this TOP, I will be comparing protein bars. Not all bars released by sports nutrition manufacturers are positioned as protein bars by these manufacturers. Although the overwhelming majority are indeed protein bars. Initially, I wanted to compare them by weight, price, and protein percentage. However, the size of the bar is essentially just the portion size. Therefore, the weight of the bar cannot influence its quality. These are different things. Additionally, comparing by price is also not very successful, as the price variation across different stores can reach 1.5 times. Thus, it is quite difficult to adequately compare sports nutrition based on prices nowadays. So it turns out that the main criterion for comparison remains the protein content percentage. In such bars, it ranges from 50% and below. Naturally, I didn't consider bars with 20% protein or less, as how can a product be called "protein" if it contains so little protein? Moreover, the less protein there is, the more fat, carbohydrates, and sugar. This is not always the case, but often. Therefore, the amount of protein can serve as an indirect indicator of the quality of the product. 1

So this is the TOP I have compiled. I did not compare them by taste, as there is no accounting for taste. Also, I haven't tried all of them. ) If you are looking to lose weight, you can eat a bar with the maximum protein content after a workout weighing 50 – 70 grams. Options #1 and #4 are ideal. If you want to gain mass, you should take a bar weighing 100 grams, with a protein content around 30% - 40%. For example, options #6 and #7. Good luck! SIMILAR ARTICLES
