That is why many advanced athletes prefer not to pay inflated prices for the components that make up the ZMA complex. Instead, they will visit a pharmacy and purchase each element separately or find similar products with comparable compositions.

ZMA has no side effects or contraindications. However, it is worth noting that excessive zinc intake may hinder the absorption of other micronutrients. As for magnesium, it is unlikely that you will reach an excess level if you train fairly frequently and intensively.
