Specify below how many times you can perform pull-ups in one set without additional weight or assistance. Then click the "calculate" button. The calculator will calculate all pull-ups for the next 8 weeks. You will only need to follow this plan, and the number of pull-ups should increase by about 40% - 50%! That is, one and a half times.

Important clarifications:

1. It means that you should specify classic pull-ups with an overhand grip and medium width grip.

2. All sets should be done for maximum repetitions. That’s why the number of repetitions is not specified. Rest between sets is approximately 3 minutes.

3. Where the number of repetitions is specified, it means you should perform these repetitions as quickly as possible. It doesn't matter how many sets and what rest between them.

4. The weight in kg is the weight of the additional load. If the weight is not specified, it means without additional weight.

5. If you cannot do pull-ups at all, then this calculator is not for you. To use it, you must be able to do at least a few pull-ups.

6. After completing one cycle (8 weeks), you can start it again.

P. S. Don’t forget to periodically save your data on the server (the gear icon at the top of the screen). Then you can load them if they suddenly disappear, or load them onto another device.
