Specify below how many times you can perform push-ups from the floor in one set without additional weight or assistance. Then click the "calculate" button. The calculator will calculate all push-ups for the next 8 weeks. You will only need to follow this plan, and the number of push-ups should increase by about 40% - 50%! That is, one and a half times.

This calculator is suitable not only for push-ups from the floor but also for dips. First, one of the exercises in this calculator is dips. Secondly, push-ups from the floor and from dips are interrelated. Therefore, your results in both exercises will improve.

Small clarifications:

1. It is meant that you should perform classic push-ups with a grip wider than shoulder-width. And don't cut corners. You must touch your chest to the floor every time.

2. All sets should be done for maximum repetitions. That’s why the number of repetitions is not specified. Rest between sets is approximately 3 minutes.

3. Where the number of repetitions is specified, it means you should perform these repetitions as quickly as possible. It doesn't matter how many sets and what rest between them.

4. The weight in kg is the weight of the additional load. It is placed on your back during push-ups from the floor or attached to your waist during dips. When doing bench push-ups, you can place the weight on your thighs from behind.

5. If you can't do push-ups at all, you can perform knee push-ups. Accordingly, you need to specify how many you can do at most from your knees. As for dips, girls should replace them with bench push-ups from behind.

6. After completing one cycle (8 weeks), you can start it again.

P. S. Don’t forget to periodically save your data on the server (the gear icon at the top of the screen). Then you can load them if they suddenly disappear, or load them onto another device.
