RPS Nutrition – review of a Russian sports nutrition brand

Recently, I tried 5 products from this brand (official page on VKontakte), and I formed my own opinion about it. This article is where I will share that opinion. More specifically, I'll be showing it, as I filmed 2 videos on this topic. I can immediately say that I liked the products of this brand due to their composition and completely reasonable price. That is, the price of all products fully corresponded to their composition. Some standard affordable products were indeed inexpensive, while the more elite ones were more expensive, yet not excessively so and completely justified. Video: Composition of RPS Sports Nutrition Comparison Table of Price and Composition (on a 5-point scale)
I should add that the scores for price were calculated based on the price relative to the composition. That is, the ratio of price to composition. Casein ProteinPros: 100% casein. This is a rarity not only among domestic products but also among foreign ones. Cons: The price is about 15% higher than the average for Russian brands. PRE-workoutPros: A fully functional product. Provides strength, energy, and endurance for 3-4 hours. Working dosage: 10-15 grams. Cons: The scoop is not 5 but actually 10 grams. The price is not cheap (by Russian standards), but cheaper than foreign analogs. Mass Geiner Pro + (Fitlab)Pros: Contains only whey protein. Protein content is 30% (which is quite a bit). Cons: There are no cons. The price corresponds well to the composition. By the way, the Fitlab brand is a subsidiary of RPS, so the manufacturer is the same. BCAA ++There are no specific pros or cons. The 8:1:1 formula cannot be classified as either a pro or a con. The presence of glutamine is also neither a pro nor a con; it depends on personal preference. The price is average for the market. Whey ProteinPros: It’s entirely whey-based. The price is about 15% lower than the average for similar products. Cons: There are no cons. 70% protein content is standard, so it’s neither a pro nor a con. Video: Summary of RPS Sports Nutrition Analysis In conclusion, I can say that RPS Nutrition is an honest and quality Russian brand that creates products with a good composition while trying to keep prices lower, but not at the expense of quality. Furthermore, they are introducing elite products into their line, which are priced higher than the general range, but this is fully justified. SIMILAR ARTICLES
