Which steroids are more suitable for martial arts?

Important! We do not advocate for the use of steroids and other potent substances. All information is provided so that those who still decide to take them can do so with minimal health risks. This article is aimed at Mixed Martial Arts athletes. No matter how you look at it, representatives of disciplines showcased by federations such as UFC and MMA are the most common and popular today. In addition, individual martial arts (such as Boxing or Karate) have long and firmly depended on their sports physicians, who prescribe them courses taking into account the specifics of their sports activities. So, what is the foundation for a fighter? It is explosive speed and strength, overall endurance, and quick recovery between bouts. And let’s not forget technique, which should not suffer during preparation. Considering that fighters prepare cyclically, we will focus specifically on short-term preparations. Although there will be one exception, but more on that below. First of all, I will list the steroids (AS) that are more harmful than beneficial for an athlete-fighter: The fact is that the first three will almost certainly negatively affect overall functionality and technical characteristics. Nandrolone, in this regard, is a much more reasonable choice. The only issue is that it is detected for a very long time in doping tests. Considering that doping tests are becoming increasingly common, stay away from any Nandrolone esters. Suitable Steroids for Combat SportsORAL-TURINABOL and OXANDROLONE Both drugs perfectly address all three qualities required by a fighter. Additionally, they do not affect technique, provided an adequate diet is followed and excess weight is not gained. Lastly, both "Turinabol" and "Oxandrolone" leave the body very quickly. It is exceedingly difficult to detect them in the system. Both drugs are widely used in athletics disciplines where explosive speed and power are needed. It makes sense to take a cue from the "queen of sports." Both will ensure quick recovery, and Drostanolone will also noticeably increase overall endurance. Considering the fact that mass gained on these steroids is not significant enough to be noticeable to the naked eye, they are an excellent choice, in my opinion. It’s precisely Propionate and nothing else if you need quick action and equally quick elimination of the drug from your body. For everyone else, long esters like Cypionate or Enanthate will suffice. Definitely avoid blends like Sustanon or Omnadren (unless you’re on TRT). There’s no need to enumerate for the thousandth time the numerous positive properties of this androgen. I will simply say that if you need quick recovery between training sessions and a consistent focus on achieving results, Testosterone is absolutely essential. An absolutely indispensable steroid for any martial art. Absolutely. A bonus of this drug is its ability to increase overall aggression. Negative traits include unjustifiably high cost and even higher liver toxicity. And the liver must be protected. In any sport. BOLDENONE and METHENOLONE ENANTHATE This is exactly the exception I mentioned earlier. It is not uncommon for a fighter to need to gain a few kilograms of body mass. Both of these anabolic steroids will ensure the development of quality (and more importantly, functional) muscle tissue. Which one is better? That is a personal question. Try and choose. Remember, only Testosterone can ensure sufficient anabolism in a man’s body. Add one of the presented steroids to it. INJURY PREVENTION FOR THE MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM Since it is not possible to take Nandrolone and Dexamethasone (remember the complications with passing doping tests when the first is in your blood, and the second is contraindicated for fighters altogether) – your only options are Growth Hormone and IGF-1 in minimal doses. Just don’t focus on the dosages recommended for bodybuilders and powerlifters. Fighters can (and should) get by with minimal amounts of anabolic-androgenic steroids. Also, I want to remind you that various types of sports nutrition products are always beneficial for results if you have the finances and common sense. A true warrior does not survive on pre-workout supplements alone. The same vitamin complexes and whey protein will DEFINITELY be helpful. And supplements with Omega-3 fatty acids will protect the heart and blood vessels. That’s probably all on this topic. Read and make use of it. Fight only in the gym against worthy opponents. Wishing everyone good health. SIMILAR ARTICLES
