I want to start by saying that, in my opinion, this vitamin-mineral complex is one of the best in the world, if not the best. Of course, this is my subjective opinion. However, as a trainer, I have tested this product not only on myself but also on my clients, and I have always been satisfied with the results. Additionally, aside from Animal Pak, I have tried other alternatives. But I always found that they cost me more and had less effect (or none at all).

Why do I consider it the best?

1. Composition. Animal Pak contains not only vitamins, minerals, and amino acids (like many other similar products), but also elements that many alternatives lack. For example:

2. Price. Compared to other alternatives (like Jetpak from Maxler), you get stronger dosages for less money. Currently, a can containing 44 packets costs about 1800 rubles. The average dosage is 1 packet per day. This means such a can will last about 1.5 months. To achieve similar dosages from comparable products, you would have to spend about 1.5 times more over the same 1.5 months.

3. Results. Both I and all my clients (who took Animal Pak) felt that it works. This manifested itself in the following ways:

  • Increased performance (both during training and in everyday life),
  • Improved mood,
  • Feeling more energetic,
  • Increased strength indicators during workouts.

How to take it?

On the jar, it states that one serving is two packets. However, I have taken one packet and two packets as well. I did not notice any difference in subjective feelings. Moreover, the composition of one packet is impressive. Therefore, I personally believe that there is no significant reason to take two packets a day unless you are a member of the Russian national team and have two training sessions each day.

There are also many debates about whether you should take all the tablets at once or spread them out throughout the day. Personally, I see no point in this, since each tablet contains its own ingredients and there are no two identical tablets with the same substances.

As for the time of day, I believe there is no difference either. Morning, evening, before training, or after. I personally take it in the morning before meals, although some say it's better to take it 2 hours before training. However, most of the components of this product are such that it doesn’t matter when you take them.

Composition of Animal Pak

I compared the composition of Animal Pak with Jetpak from Maxler, Opti-Men from ON, Monster Pak from Scitec Nutrition, and Dr. Feel Good from SAN. All of these products, based on almost all components (with rare exceptions), do not measure up to Animal Pak. In terms of vitamins and minerals, only Opti-Men comes close. But don't forget that Animal Pak also contains a bunch of things that are not included in Opti-Men. Overall, I would place Opti-Men in second place after Animal Pak.

Below, I provide the composition of Animal Pak for one packet. Do not confuse this with the composition on the jar, as the jar indicates the composition for 2 packets!
