Unique advantages:
- Good vitamin and mineral composition.
- Contains isomaltulose (slow carbohydrate).
Effectiveness
Like all other gainers, this gainer is needed for the following purposes:
- Increase in overall caloric intake.
- Muscle mass growth.
- Acceleration of recovery.
- Increase in strength endurance.
- Replacement of regular food when eating is not possible.
In addition to the above, it should be noted that this gainer falls into the medium-protein category (20% - 29% protein). This means it is more suitable for those who want to gain a significant amount of mass or those who find it very difficult to gain weight (or cannot gain weight at all).
How to Take
Here are the main rules for taking it:
- Regardless of the number of workouts, it is best to take it every day.
- Take 1-2 times a day (depending on how many kcal you want to gain from the gainer). Once in the first half of the day, and another time in the second.
- It is best to take it immediately after a workout and/or between meals. But not simultaneously with the main meal.
- It is better to mix with milk. Water is also an option. The amount of liquid is a matter of taste and does not matter.
- You can add creatine, BCAAs, protein, and basically anything you want into the gainer.
- For effect, the duration of intake should be at least a month.
- The maximum duration of intake is unlimited. This means it can be taken for a lifetime without breaks.
Dose per intake:
- For weight up to 60 kg: 30-40 grams per serving.
- For weight up to 80 kg: 40-50 grams per serving.
- For weight up to 100 kg: 50-60 grams per serving.
- For weight over 100 kg: 60-70 grams per serving.
Naturally, all dosages are quite approximate. They largely depend on your overall activity level, the number of workouts, how many times you take the gainer, how much you are missing from regular food, etc. You can calculate your exact portion here.
Attention! Don't be misled by the dosage indicated by the manufacturer. Most manufacturers intentionally inflate it. I believe this is done so that you consume it faster and buy a new one.
