My rating

Amount of protein Price Overall rating
5- 5 5

Unique benefits:

  • 25% BCAAs in the protein content.
  • Low fat and sugar content.

Effectiveness

Like all other gainers, this gainer is needed for the following purposes:

  1. Increasing overall caloric intake.
  2. Muscle mass growth.
  3. Accelerating recovery.
  4. Increasing strength endurance.
  5. Substituting regular meals when it is difficult to eat.

In addition to the above, it should be noted that this gainer belongs to the category of high-protein. This means it contains 30% protein or more. Thus, it will contribute more to muscle growth and less to fat gain. However, it will also be more expensive than its lower-protein counterparts.

How to take

Here are the main rules for taking:

  • Regardless of the number of workouts, it is better to take it every day.
  • Take 1-2 times a day (depending on how many calories you wish to gain from the gainer). Once in the first half of the day and another in the second.
  • It is best to take it right after a workout and/or between meals. But not simultaneously with your main meal.
  • It is better to mix it with milk. Water is also acceptable. The amount of liquid is a matter of taste and does not affect the outcome.
  • You can add creatine, BCAAs, protein, and basically anything else you wish to the gainer.
  • For an effect, the duration of intake should be at least a month.
  • Maximum duration of intake - unlimited. This means it can be taken for life without breaks.

Dosage per intake:

  • For weight up to 60 kg: 30-40 grams at a time.
  • For weight up to 80 kg: 40-50 grams at a time.
  • For weight up to 100 kg: 50-60 grams at a time.
  • For weight over 100 kg: 60-70 grams at a time.

Naturally, all dosages are provided as approximations. They largely depend on your overall activity, number of workouts, the amount of gainer consumed, how much you are under-eating compared to normal food, etc. You can calculate your exact portion here.

Attention! Do not be misled by the dosage indicated by the manufacturer. Most manufacturers intentionally inflate it. I believe this is done so that you consume it faster and buy a new one.
