Unique Advantages:

  • High levels of biotin and chromium.
  • Low fat and sugar content.

Effectiveness

Like all other gainers, this gainer is needed for the following purposes:

  1. Increasing the overall caloric intake.
  2. Muscle mass growth.
  3. Accelerating recovery.
  4. Increasing strength endurance.
  5. Replacing regular food in cases where a meal isn’t possible.

In addition to the above, it's important to note that this gainer is classified as high-protein. This means that it contains 30% protein or more. This indicates that it will more significantly promote muscle growth and less promote fat gain. However, it will also be more expensive than its low-protein counterparts.

How to Take It

Here are the main rules for taking it:

  • Regardless of the number of workouts, it is best to take it every day.
  • Take it 1-2 times a day (depending on how many calories you want to get from the gainer). Once in the first half of the day, and the other in the second.
  • It is better to take it immediately after training and/or between meals. But not at the same time as a main meal.
  • It is better to mix with milk. Water is also fine. The amount of liquid is a matter of taste and does not matter.
  • You can add creatine, BCAAs, protein, and basically anything you want to the gainer.
  • To achieve an effect, the duration of intake should be at least a month.
  • The maximum duration of intake is unrestricted. This means it can be used for a lifetime without breaks.

Dosage per intake:

  • For weight under 60 kg: 30-40 grams at a time.
  • For weight under 80 kg: 40-50 grams at a time.
  • For weight under 100 kg: 50-60 grams at a time.
  • For weight over 100 kg: 60-70 grams at a time.

Naturally, all dosages are quite approximate. They largely depend on your overall activity, number of training sessions, number of servings of gainer, how much you are under-eating from regular food, etc. You can calculate your exact portion here.

Attention! Do not be misled by the dosage indicated by the manufacturer. Most manufacturers intentionally inflate it. I believe this is done so you consume it faster and buy a new one.
