Effectiveness

This protein belongs to the category of standard whey proteins with an average protein content. Therefore, it is suitable for the following goals:

  1. Muscle mass growth. Well, this is clear. Muscles are made of protein (amino acids). If your diet contains enough carbohydrates but not enough protein (which is the case in most instances), then protein will be quite helpful.
  2. Simply as a source of amino acids, including essential ones: BCAAs and others.
  3. Conditionally suitable for fat burning. More precisely - preserving muscle while burning fat. This means it’s not perfect, but if you can't afford something better, then it will suffice. After all, it contains 11% carbohydrates, most of which are sugars.

In addition to the above, it should be noted that this protein is whey-based, meaning it is quickly absorbed. This means it contains a good amount of BCAAs and is suitable for intake right after training.

How to Take

Here are the main rules for intake:

  • Regardless of the number of workouts, it’s best to take it every day.
  • Take it 1-2 times a day (depending on how much protein you lack from regular food). Once in the first half of the day and the other in the second.
  • It's best to take it immediately after training and/or between meals. But not at the same time as the main meal.
  • It’s better to mix it with milk. Water is also possible. The amount of liquid is a matter of taste and doesn’t matter.
  • You can add creatine, BCAAs, gainers, and basically anything you want to the protein.
  • For effect, the duration of intake should be at least a month.
  • There is no maximum duration for intake - you can take it for a lifetime without breaks.

Dosage per intake:

  • If you weigh up to 60 kg: 25-30 grams at a time.
  • If you weigh up to 80 kg: 30-40 grams at a time.
  • If you weigh up to 100 kg: 40-50 grams at a time.
  • If you weigh over 100 kg: 50-60 grams at a time.

Naturally, all the dosages mentioned are approximate. They largely depend on your overall activity level, the number of workouts, the number of protein intakes, how much or little protein you consume from regular food, etc. You can calculate your exact portion here.

I recommend not paying attention to the dosage specified by the manufacturer. Similar proteins can have completely different dosage recommendations by different manufacturers. As a rule, these are more or less reasonable figures (25 - 35 grams), but it can sometimes go up to 100 grams.
