Effectiveness

This protein belongs to the standard whey protein category with an average protein content. Therefore, it is suitable for the following goals:

  1. Muscle mass growth. This is understandable. Muscles are made of protein (amino acids). And if your diet contains enough carbohydrates but insufficient protein (which is the case in most situations), then protein supplementation is quite appropriate.
  2. Simply as a source of amino acids, including essential ones: BCAAs and others.
  3. Can conditionally be suitable for fat loss. More specifically - for preserving muscle while burning fat. This means that it is not perfectly suited, but if there isn’t a better option, it will suffice. After all, most of the carbohydrates in it are sugar, and the total of fats and carbohydrates = 11%.

Moreover, it should be noted that this protein is whey-based, which means it is rapidly absorbed. This indicates that it contains a good amount of BCAAs and is well-suited for intake immediately after training.

How to Take It

Here are the main rules for taking it:

  • Regardless of the number of workouts, it is better to take it every day.
  • Take 1-2 times a day (depending on how much protein you are lacking from regular food). Once in the first half of the day, and again in the second half.
  • It is better to take it right after training and/or between meals. But not simultaneously with a main meal.
  • Dilute it preferably with milk. Water is also fine. The amount of liquid is a matter of taste and doesn't matter much.
  • You can add creatine, BCAAs, gainers, and essentially anything you want to the protein.
  • For effect, the duration of taking should be at least a month.
  • Maximum duration of intake - no limits. This means it can be taken for a lifetime without interruptions.

Dosage for 1 serving:

  • For weight up to 60 kg, 25-30 grams at a time.
  • For weight up to 80 kg, 30-40 grams at a time.
  • For weight up to 100 kg, 40-50 grams at a time.
  • For weight over 100 kg, 50-60 grams at a time.

Of course, all dosages are approximate. They greatly depend on your overall activity level, the number of workouts, how much protein you eat from regular food, etc. You can calculate the exact portion here.

I advise you not to pay attention to the dosage indicated by the manufacturer. The reason is that for roughly equivalent proteins, manufacturers can indicate completely different dosages. Generally, these are more or less adequate figures (25 - 35 grams). But sometimes it can go up to 100 grams.
