Effectiveness

This protein belongs to the category of standard whey proteins with an average protein content. Therefore, it is suitable for the following goals:

  1. Muscle mass growth. It is clear that muscles are made of protein (amino acids). If your diet has enough carbohydrates but not enough protein (which is often the case), then protein will come in very handy.
  2. Simply as a source of amino acids. Including essential ones: BCAAs and others.
  3. Conditionally suitable for fat burning. More precisely - for muscle preservation during fat burning. This means that while it's not ideal, if there are no better options, it will suffice. It does contain 15% carbohydrates.

In addition to the above, it should be noted that this protein is a whey protein. This means it is quickly absorbed. Therefore, it has a significant amount of BCAAs and is well-suited for consumption immediately after training.

How to Take

Here are the main rules of intake:

  • Regardless of the number of workouts, it is better to take it every day.
  • Take it 1-2 times a day (depending on how much protein you lack from regular food). Once in the first half of the day and again in the second half.
  • It is best to take it immediately after training and/or between meals. But not at the same time as a main meal.
  • It’s better to mix it with milk. Water is also acceptable. The amount of liquid is a matter of taste and doesn't matter much.
  • You can add creatine, BCAAs, gainer, or anything else you like to your protein.
  • For effect, the duration of intake should be at least one month.
  • Maximum duration of intake - without restrictions. This means it can be used for a lifetime without breaks.

Dosing per intake:

  • If you weigh up to 60 kg, take 25-30 grams each time.
  • If you weigh up to 80 kg, take 30-40 grams each time.
  • If you weigh up to 100 kg, take 40-50 grams each time.
  • If you weigh over 100 kg, take 50-60 grams each time.

Naturally, all the dosages are quite approximate. They largely depend on your overall activity level, the number of workouts, how much protein you consume from regular food, and so on. You can calculate your exact portion here.

I recommend not paying attention to the dosage indicated by the manufacturer. As manufacturers may list completely different dosages for roughly similar proteins. Typically, these are more or less adequate figures (25 - 35 grams). But sometimes it even goes up to 100 grams.
