Hello everyone! After writing the article TOP 10 best gainers – review and comparison, I received many requests to write a similar one about proteins. I admit that the situation here was more complicated. Firstly, the price range is a bit wider. Secondly, proteins come in different types (soy, milk, whey, etc.). This makes the price variation even greater for the same quality.

In compiling this top ten, I compared not only quality but also cost. What does this mean? It means that most companies today produce fairly high-quality products. They have been compelled to do so by competition. However, the price difference is quite significant, despite the fact that the quality of most companies is approximately the same.
