Unique Advantages:

  • 100% Carnitine.

Effectiveness

This is L-Carnitine in powder form. It is neither better nor worse than all other forms (liquid and capsules), as their effectiveness is the same, and which one to use is a matter of preference. This product is used for the following purposes:

  1. As an energy booster. Carnitine provides additional energy by facilitating the transport of fatty acids.
  2. For fat burning. Due to the same fatty acid transport, it becomes easier for the body to break down subcutaneous fat.
  3. Detoxification of the body.

Attention! L-Carnitine will not work if your diet is not properly managed. That is, if you consume more calories than you expend. In this case, there is no need to break down fats, and therefore no need for their transport. In other words, taking carnitine while gaining mass is pointless.

How to Take

Here are the main rules for intake:

  • Regardless of the number of workouts, it should be taken every day.
  • Take it twice a day: once in the first half of the day, and the other in the second half.
  • It does not matter whether to take it before, after, or during the workout, as the fat-burning process is either activated 24 hours a day or is always off. However, it does not activate only for a couple of hours after workouts, as some think.
  • For effectiveness, the duration of intake should be at least a month.
  • The maximum duration of intake is unlimited. This means it can be taken for a lifetime without breaks.

Dosage per intake:

  • For weight up to 60 kg: 2 g (or 4 g per day).
  • For weight over 60 kg: 2 - 3 g (or 4 - 6 g per day).

Naturally, all dosages are quite approximate. And they largely depend on your overall activity, the number of workouts, total caloric intake, etc.
