The last update of the TOP - 21.11.2018 This TOP is dedicated to perhaps the most famous fat burner at the moment. However, it should be noted that fat burning is a side effect of L-carnitine. Its main effect is increasing performance. But that's a topic for another article. So, my focus was only on standard L-carnitine and L-carnitine tartrate (which are essentially the same). I deliberately did not consider trendy Acetyl L-carnitine, as its effectiveness remains questionable. What did I focus on? Well, carnitine is carnitine everywhere. We are not interested in any syrup or gelatin. We care about how much L-carnitine we will get for a certain amount of money. And, of course, my personal preferences also come into play. As you can see, the picture is very interesting. In just the top ten, the price difference for 100 grams of L-carnitine is almost 100%. All other products that did not make it into the top ten will cost from 2000 rubles for 100 grams of active ingredient. And in my opinion, this is very expensive and not worth it. I hope this selection has opened your eyes to how much you can overpay for something you don’t quite understand. And it will help you next time you go to a sports nutrition store.
