Sports nutrition stores offer a huge variety of pre-workout complexes that can give you strength and improve concentration after a long workday or just provide an extra boost in results. I have compiled a Top-10 list of the best products used before training to enhance the quality of the training process.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that I am not affiliated with manufacturers and sports nutrition stores. My goal is to help you choose a complex at an affordable price that is effective and safe to use. This rating is structured based on these criteria. My sports experience and coaching background help me in this, as well as feedback from clients who train under my guidance.

Pre-Workout
Manufacturer: Dobromil Fit
Increases performance and energy levels. Taken just before training. Can be consumed as a "shot" or diluted in 10-200 ml of water. Contains caffeine.
Pros: Low price per shot. Comprehensive effect from pumping and mental stimulation. A tested and high-quality brand of sports nutrition.
Cons: Try not to take it less than 5 hours before sleep.

JACK 3D Micro
Manufacturer: USPlabs
After trying Jack 3D, I immediately felt a good pump effect. The manufacturer removed many components such as creatine and alanine from the composition of its predecessor (Jack 3D). However, they added substances aimed at more effective pumping. With this new composition, you will get good central nervous system stimulation and speed up the recovery process. I believe it is indispensable for overcoming training plateaus.
Pros: High efficacy. The absence of the substance 1,3-dimethylamylamine (geranium) makes the product safer compared to its predecessor.
Cons: The only nitrogen donors in the composition are arginine, which slightly dulls the pump effect.

Methyldrene EPH
Manufacturer: Cloma Pharma
A pretty good product that is genuinely effective. This is confirmed by its composition: 25 mg of ephedra extract and geranium extract, citrulline, Beta-Alanine, creatine, caffeine. I would call it "hardcore." But it’s essential to approach its intake consciously, as due to its strong action, a catabolic effect may occur; therefore, during the intake period, attention should be paid to additional intake of amino acids, BCAA, and protein.
Pros: high efficacy, a large number of servings (45), relatively low price.
Cons: Due to its serious composition (ephedra extract, caffeine, geranium), it works very individually. When taken, one should use supplements that protect muscles from catabolic processes.

The Curse
Manufacturer: Cobra Labs
An interesting package, full of brutality and mystery. But that's not all the important aspects of this product. Its popularity is gaining momentum in the sports nutrition market. Of course, the favorites of the rating have higher popularity, but this complex takes a solid 4th place in our list. The product's composition consists of several patented matrices: Maximum Extreme Energizing Amplifier (MEEA), Blood Flow Amplifier, Extreme Mental Focus. Creatine, beta-alanine, and arginine will enhance the pump.
Pros: Contains no sugar or excess calories, excellent taste, mixes well. A large number of servings in one package (50).
Cons: Overinflated promises from manufacturers that the supplement will simply "tear you apart."

Assault
Manufacturer: Muscle Pharm
Muscle Pharm is a new and well-established sports nutrition company. It offers us a pre-workout complex based on patented formulas of creatine, BCAAs, substances for improving strength and endurance, as well as vitamins and minerals. Compared to products containing geranium, Assault appears weaker in effectiveness. However, the manufacturer has increased the amount of other active ingredients.
Pros: A new and quality sports nutrition brand. Decent effectiveness.
Cons: A large serving size that I had to increase by 50% from the recommended dose for noticeable effects.

C4 Extreme
Manufacturer: Cellucor
The manufacturer has maintained the effect similar to that of geranium, but replaced it with synephrine. In addition to stimulating the central nervous system, synephrine acts as a fat burner and accelerates metabolism.
Pros: Contains synephrine, mild action. Various forms of release (30 and 60 servings).
Cons: Requires an increase in the single dose due to habituation.

Hemo-Rage Black Ultra Concentrate
Manufacturer: Nutrex
A quite powerful pre-workout complex with a concentrated dose of 8.3 grams. One of the few supplements that provide a stable effect but does not contain geranium. I did not feel an increase in pumping when using it.
Pros: Affordable price, although not the lowest.
Cons: Weak pumping effect; it may vary for each individual.

Amino Energy
Manufacturer: Optimum Nutrition
I've always loved the old and proven sports nutrition brand Optimum Nutrition. Amino Energy is a complex of amino acids (taurine, glutamine, arginine, leucine, beta-alanine) and other active substances such as caffeine, green tea extract, and green coffee. The supplement contains no sugar.
Pros: Contains natural energy components, various flavors.
Cons: Despite the natural origin of the components, do not exceed the dosage, especially in the afternoon.

NanoVapor
Manufacturer: Muscletech
The manufacturer's promises of explosive power, pumping, fat-burning effects, and increased testosterone levels are clearly overstated. The composition contains a large percentage of less useful components.
Pros: Proven brand, excellent quality.
Cons: Possible frequent side effects, high price, contains quite a lot of maltodextrin. 40 servings of the product are hardly enough for 2 weeks of use, as a minimum of 3 servings a day is required for good effect.

Arnold Iron Pump
Manufacturer: Muscle Pharm
This supplement has become quite popular thanks to Arnold Schwarzenegger, who is the face of this manufacturer. The focus of the product is on enhancing pumping and vascularity. Unfortunately, it has a rather weak energy effect.
Pros: No tingling sensations typical of taking beta-alanine, although this is individual.
Cons: Has a rather weak effect as an energy booster.
